I do not think it is too long of a step to say they have behaved in my opinion not as an admin should. You all hate on .world yet the admins here are the most professional on the lemmyverse.

yes i only banned for 24 hours so that more information could be found additionally there were directions that people encouraging, cheering, making joke of, discussing payment, or of jury nullification are against the terms of service for lemmy.world. as of now there is new information regarding this section of the terms of service which will be announced and explained by the admins. i am sorry to those that feel i was excessive we have discuss this among the moderators and will use the lock power to reduce the moderator workflow. for me i consider human life sacred and despite the mistakes of this person only God may judge us. i recognize my bias in this and will work to be more restrained going forward.

Hi there, we talked on discord but thought I’d make a comment here too.

Not from Asia/Aus region but due to my timezone and work I am available in the peak activity time for those regions.

I think that I would be a good fit for the team as I have had months of experience working with the c/world and c/politics team. I like to encourage discussion on these very important topics by following the community rules and acting on reports made by users promptly and with my own bias acknowledged. I choose not to comment much in the discussion as I feel that a moderators’ presence should be seen through the discussion not heard in the discussion itself.

I don’t think I would change anything as the community here is already fantastic and I just want to help out the existing team!
